Cassandra Morton’s quality of life was at a low point. Struggling to walk and in much discomfort due to arthritis in her right knee, Cassandra was struggling with numerous health issues due to her weight. “I was irritable and unhappy,” says Cassandra. “I wasn’t in a good mind set but being so young and suffering with all these issues, I knew I needed to make a change.”

Discovering Isagenix® through Facebook, Cassandra felt inspired by the ‘before’ and ‘after’ transformation photos she saw. “I read a post about the 30-Day System and about how people were taking it on as a 30-day challenge,” says Cassandra. “I thought ‘what’s the worst that can happen in 30 days?’ and I was willing to try anything at that point.”

Starting her health and wellness journey with a Weight Loss Premium Pack, Cassandra was cautious about the products. “A lot of foods upset my stomach so I was worried about how I’d respond to the IsaLean™ Shake,” explains Cassandra. “To my surprise, I had no issues and began to thoroughly enjoy my shakes everyday.”

With her confidence at all-time high, Cassandra made a decision to challenge herself even further and signed up for her first IsaBody Challenge®. “I registered for the Challenge within the first few weeks of consuming the products,” she says. “I was becoming more alert, awake and revitalised so I wanted to start incorporating exercise into my life. I loved the way I was feeling.”

Having fun is a priority for Cassandra, ensuring her workouts are always challenging and exciting. “I exercise five days a week with a group and the workouts are always fun and different,” she says. “We support and motivate each other and I love being part of a community.”

Hitting the 100 pound milestone on 5 March 2017, Cassandra’s life has completely changed, keeping motivated by setting goals. “I set myself small goals which helps me reach my bigger goals,” says Cassandra. “Since losing weight, it has eased pressure on my knee and given me my quality of life back. It hasn’t been easy, especially with my knee issues but I stuck it out and slowly introduced different leg exercises into my workouts.”

Although sustaining a ligament injury in February of this year, Cassandra refuses to let anything stop her. “I’m positive and have so much belief in myself,” shares Cassandra. “I’m proud of how far I have come and I’m having so much fun reaching my goals and doing all the things I’ve dreamed of doing. Entering the 100 Pound Club was a goal for me and I love being part of such a supportive and inspiring group of people.”
