After finding success with her first Challenge, Dominique set out to complete her second Challenge with new health and fitness goals.
“I started to notice that my self-talk was coming from a space of love not judgement, comparison or criticism. I noticed my dreams expanding and that my energy was positively affecting others,” says Dominique.
Currently participating in her third Challenge, Dominique describes her journey as one of self-worth, discovery, growth and learning.
GAINED: 8kg lean muscle
Amongst his friendship circle, Michael was thought of as the ‘fitness guy’ but his reality felt like this was far from true. Constantly tired, despite going to the gym five days a week, Michael’s training had long since plateaued.
The 47-year-old committed to the 16-week Challenge with his fiancé Amanda and together they achieved incredible results, both physical and mental.
“I feel great, I look great and I am proactive not reactive! I am now in the best physical and mental shape, I have EVER been in my whole life!”
Looking back, Danielle recalls labelling herself the self-conscious ‘overweight friend’ who dreamed of being healthy. After being introduced to Isagenix and starting to learn about the importance of good nutrition, Danielle’s life goal soon changed.
During the 16-week Challenge, Danielle woke up at 4:00am every morning to hit the gym before work. She not only regained energy needed to be in two jobs but Danielle discovered a new energetic outlook on life while finding her confidence.
“It literally brings me to tears when I look at my ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos. I now feel amazing and I can’t believe I was once in that place. This is the feeling I have been wanting my whole life,” she says.
Throughout Abbie’s life, self-esteem issues were a constant battle which grew worse after a severe car accident took its toll on her physical health.
The mother of four almost quit several times during her 16-week Challenge, but when feeling like giving up, instead, Abbie reminded herself of her goal.
“The day my ‘After’ photos were taken was one of the best moments in my life,” recalls Abbie. “I had finally proven what my body was truly capable of! I’m looking forward to inspiring others to learn that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible.”

In a study performed in 2012 by University of Illinois at Chicago researchers, subjects lost an average of 4.1kg with an average of 0.9kg of the loss from visceral fat after 30 days on an Isagenix Program. The subjects also had a greater level of adherence and had more consistent weight loss from week to week compared to subjects on a traditional diet.
