Rachel Pedretti had always dreamed of helping others since she was little. Following through with her passion, she began her career as an intensive care nurse. Although loving her job, she was often stressed and the stressors of her role combined with growing property debt meant she often put herself last. It wasn’t long before she turned to food for comfort and this is when her health issues began to spiral out of her control.
