Researchers at New York City Chiropractic College of Seneca Falls recently conducted two randomised, double-blind trials on the 9-Day Nutritional Cleansing Program and the 30-Day Nutritional Cleansing Program and found significant healthy weight-loss and health improvements for both.
In the 28-day study on the 30-Day Program, subjects lost an average of 2.9 kilos (3.6 percent of initial body weight), which is statistically significant, and also found significant decreases in total and LDL cholesterol. In the 9-Day Program study, the average weight loss was 3 kilos (3.8 percent of initial body weight), which was also statistically significant, and researchers also found significant decreases in total and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
