Summer may be coming to an end but that’s no excuse to quit working towards your health and wellness goals. Stay consistent 
Think of it this way – there’s only several months between the end of one summer and the beginning of another. Before you know it, you’ll be stripping down for the beach and dressing up for Christmas parties.

To avoid busting the buttons on your summer clothes when the weather heats up again, try to keep consistent with your nutrition and exercise, including your Cleanse Days. If battling the cold to get to the gym isn’t your thing, don’t give up on exercising! Try mixing up your training with a home workout instead.

Customise your Cleanse Day to suit your nutrition and health goals

  • Keep yourself busy (book appointments, meditate, get a massage, catch up with a friend, go for a long walk)
  • Drink plenty of water and be consistent with your Cleanse-Day snacks
  • Wake up later and go to bed earlier if you can
  • Go back to your ‘why’ and remember your goal, look at your ‘before’ photo and use that as motivation to keep going
  • Only you have control over the food that you consume, so stay strong – you got this!
