Christmas is fast approaching and we wanted to give you a heads up about the change in shipping times and office opening hours to make sure you get your Isagenix goodies to last you for the holidays!

To celebrate all the hard work the corporate team has done over the past year, we will be closing the office at 3:30pm today, Friday 11 December. We appreciate your understanding.

We also ask that Associates kindly note down these important Customer Care times over the Christmas and New Year period.

  • Monday 28 December – Public Holiday CLOSED
  • Tuesday 29 December – 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 30 December – 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday 31 December – 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • Friday 1 January – New Year’s Day – Public Holiday – CLOSED

We ask that all Associates place their product orders before Monday 14 December to avoid shipping delays due to the pressures of all mailing systems across ANZ warehouses.
