The Easter long weekend is almost here! While you’re busy hunting chocolate (in the form of IsaDelight Plus™ of course!) hidden by the Easter bunny, please note our operating hours over the long weekend:


Some orders may be delayed over the public holidays.

You can check Order Tracking in your Back Office as follows:

  • Click on the ‘Orders’ tab
  • Select ‘View Order History’
  • Select the relevant order from either the ‘Wholesale’ or ‘Autoship’ list
  • Under ‘Shipping Information’ on the bottom right-hand side, find and click the hyperlinked tracking number to be taken to the relevant shipping service website
  • You may need to enter the tracking number into the website’s tracking area
