At Isagenix, we’re committed to excellence and part of this commitment is to continuously improve our services to best meet your needs. This is why we’ve made a change to our delivery provider. We’re now working with Australia Post, to provide improved service and delivery times throughout Australia and New Zealand, plus you’ll now have the ability to track your order.
We’ve also made important changes to our Will Call orders. Commencing Tuesday 10th May orders will be packed offsite in our warehouse and delivered to our office every day. Orders will be available for collection in the office from 11am daily. To ensure your order is ready for pick up you will need to place your order by midnight the day prior. Additionally we will no longer be able to accept Cash or EFTPOS as a payment method for Will Call orders. This streamlined process will allow for a consistent and efficient collection of orders for you and your team each and every day.
