Please note that our Head Office in Sydney will be closed on Monday 8 June for the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. Head Office will reopen on Tuesday 9 June and Customer Care Support will be available as usual from 8:00am – 6:00pm AEST (Sydney time). Will call order collection will be available from 11:00am – 5:30pm AEST (Sydney time).
Please also keep in mind that Commission payments will be delayed by one business day as a result of Monday’s public holiday.
Some orders may be delayed over the public holiday. You can check Order Tracking in your Back Office as follows:
- Click on the ‘Orders’ tab
- Select ‘View Order History’
- Select the relevant order from either the ‘Wholesale’ or ‘Autoship’ list
- Under ‘Shipping Information’ on the bottom right-hand side, find and click the hyperlinked tracking number to be taken to the relevant shipping service website
- You may need to enter the tracking number into the website’s tracking area
