As a competitive rower the pressure to reach a weight category is constant. The weigh-ins at competitions and the constant focus on weight caused Amy’s eating habits to spiral out of control. Over the past 4 years, Amy found that eating the bare minimum took its toll on her rowing career. This four-time nationals competitor was finding it harder and harder to keep up the twelve to fourteen hour training sessions required each week to row at this level.
This year she discovered her saviour, Isagenix! “For the first time in four years I feel healthy and happy. I’ve managed to do this with the help of Isagenix and their amazing products. My aim now is to be selected in the Australian Lightweight Team which is now a possibility with my renewed health.”
Amy’s dedication and love for Isagenix has inspired her to complete a marathon row of 42 km to raise money for our charity of choice Make-A-Wish.
