180x10px-IsaGuy-Blk-Green-150x150Good news! It’s Monday! Now while most us aren’t shouting #TGIM from the rooftops, we have a fresh week ahead of us and there’s plenty of reasons to be thankful!

You have an amazing opportunity with Isagenix® to change your life, meet extraordinary people and get rewarded for it, physically, financially and emotionally – here’s some tips to help you tackle your to-do list in the best way possible!

  1. Start enthusiastically: Think about what you can accomplish this week. Don’t focus primarily on the challenges or negative aspects that may arise – it’s good to acknowledge these so they don’t take you by surprise. Focus instead on the opportunities that are possible.
  2. Have a plan: Prepare a to-do list that you want to accomplish this week. You can even set a schedule for when you want to work on each task, though it should be flexible enough to adapt to changing conditions. Listing all the things you hope to do will help you be more enthusiastic – and realistic – about what awaits you.
  3. Tackle big challenges first: Procrastination is often a symptom of nervousness. You can end this time-wasting cycle by taking on the biggest challenges of the week early on. No excuses, just results. When you see yourself accomplishing things that seemed insurmountable at the time, you’ll start to feel more confident about your ability to do other smaller things.
  4. Focus on one thing at a time: Trying to juggle too many things at once often leads to stress and overwhelmed feelings. As part of your weekly plan, breakdown big projects into achievable chunks and prioritise your tasks so that you can take them on one by one. By organising your efforts, you’ll be able to stay focused on each task as it comes.
  5. Trust people: Everyone needs a helping hand – don’t try to do everything yourself! Share your feelings with a friend or business mentor and remember to link arms with your team. When a challenge still seems too big even after you’ve planned and prioritised it, you can turn to others for guidance and assistance.
  6. Forgive mistakes or apologise: No one is perfect. We all mess up from time to time. Whether someone has deliberately or inadvertently hurt you, forgive them. Alternatively, if you’ve been putting off an apology, it’s time to say sorry and move on. You may even discover something new about those people – and yourself!
  7. Try something new: A big part of life is about creating predictable patterns. However, sometimes we fall into bad habits that can be difficult to break. As part of your planning process, identify at least one thing that you want to change about yourself and think about what you can do differently to correct it and turn it into a strength. Put these into daily practise and include on your to-do list.
  8. Leave worries at work/home: Wherever you are, be committed to what you must do in that place. Don’t bring business problems home or vice-versa. Even if your job requires you to be on call in your free time (particularly in Network Marketing!), you should still do your best to free your mind as often as possible. It’s not healthy to always be on the job.
  9. Thank people frequently: Show your appreciation for what others do as well as for who they are. This will lift your spirits and those of others around you because you’ll always be looking for the best in people. You will send out a ripple of good vibes that will reach further than you realise.
  10. Serve others: Having a great week isn’t just about you. If you think only of yourself and how you feel, you may start to feel self-centred and dissatisfied. Take advantage of opportunities to help other people. You may notice someone who needs a friend, a helping hand or just a listening ear. By being there for others, you’ll discover that your own problems seem more manageable.
  11. Review your accomplishments: At the end of the week, review your goals and check off all the things you managed to do. Even if you don’t finish everything, you can still take pride in seeing what you have done and roll the other items into the coming week. Try keeping a journal to help you remember the details of your days and see how far you’ve progressed over time.

Have an incredible week and remember to be the best version of YOU possible!
