Sales and recruiting records have been set, Rank Advancements and the number of Field Leaders has increased by triple digits, Associates are earning more money faster and our events are selling out. This is all a result of your actions and commitment to the business.

It’s been incredibly rewarding for all of us here in Sydney and the U.S. to watch so many of your personal success stories unfold this year. To work for a company that has positively changed the lives of so many people and so many families here in Australia and New Zealand is something I am very grateful for.

Around the world Isagenix International is also growing. This strong growth has opened up new opportunities and as a result I’ve accepted a new role as Vice President of International Sales & Marketing to support our global expansion. I will be leaving Australia in mid-December to relocate with my family to our headquarters in Arizona.
Whilst I will miss working with Isagenix in Australia, I will still have very close ties to the region and will work on your behalf from our office in Chandler. The success of Isagenix ANZ and the amazing people that have built it will always be very close to my heart. I am, and always will be, a very proud Australian.

As a result of my moving I have had to find a replacement. I’m pleased to share that I’ve recruited a very talented man for the role of General Manager. His name is Angus Love. Angus has been in the direct selling industry for 20 years with experience in multilevel, party plan and direct sales businesses. He has served on a number of Direct Selling Association of Australia (DSAA) committees and is a qualified CPA. Angus is a very warm, open manager who will fit in perfectly with our team here in Australia. He has a wealth of experience and will serve you and your Associates as we move into this next phase of growth to become one of the largest and most successful Network Marketing companies in Australia.

Sandy Cantin has played a very important role in our success since she joined us in January 2012. I know you all appreciate this very special lady as much as I do. As I have been focused on our developing markets in Asia, Sandy has played the role of assistant General Manager. Whilst she has done a great job, she learned that her passion and preference lies in working with all of you in the field. As we focus on the rapid growth of the Australian business and the exciting new developments planned for 2014 it gives me great pleasure to announce that Sandy will continue to lead our expanding Sales Team with the new title of Director of Field Development.

We’ve made a significant investment into building a quality team in our Sydney office to support your efforts now and in the future. We have recently appointed James Yates as Regional Manager of Sales. James is a talented young man who has spent many years in the fitness industry and has successfully built his own MLM business. James will report to Sandy and brings not only experience in the field but energy and drive to help you all succeed.

Please join me in welcoming Angus and James and congratulating Sandy on her new role. You’ll see and hear about more new faces in our corporate team leading up to Christmas so stay tuned for more exciting announcements.
