Ben Clayton

Age: 42
Location: QLD, AU
Total Challenges Completed: 1

Ben’s health took a dive when he started a second job working late nights as a rideshare driver to help him pay off some debt. He felt constantly exhausted, which lead to pain and even illness.

Just fours days into his Isagenix® System, Ben suddenly felt alive, as though a switch had been flicked on his health. He decided to start an IsaBody Challenge® to see what he could achieve.

“I started by going to the gym two days a week and just two weeks later I was going four times a week with a 50 km bike ride on the weekend,” Ben says. “I’m fitter and healthier than I was in my 20s and my transformation has been mind-blowing!”

Rebuilding his own life from the ground up has ignited Ben’s burning desire to help others become the best versions of themselves in every way.

Brett Liddle

Age: 43
Location: Christchurch, NZ
Total Challenges Completed: 2

Brett thought he was in a good physical and mental space after his first IsaBody Challenge, but deep down he wasn’t aware of the damage forged by his recent separation. The 43-year-old felt he was a broken version of himself.

On New Year’s Eve, Brett drew a line in the sand and decided he’d officially start transformation number two, to create a new life for himself and his 10-month-old daughter. “My ‘why’ for doing Isagenix become crystal clear,” Brett says. “It was to create the very best version of myself physically and mentally and inspire as many people as possible to do the same.”

A personal trainer of 15 years, Brett now uses Isagenix to help impact people on a whole new level.

Sally Lee Hall

Age: 25
Location: QLD, AU
Total Challenges Completed: 3

Sally always worked hard to achieve everything she wanted. Her dream job, building a home with her fiancé and being able to follow her passion of tattoo artistry. But she was never satisfied with her body.

Her breaking point came when the love of her life said, “I don’t understand, you work so hard to make everything you want happen in life, but the one thing you can’t seem to do is lose weight.”

While they were challenging words, they sparked a flame to prove that she could do it. “Through back-to-back IsaBody Challenges I’ve lost 26.9 kg, decreased body fat percentage and increased lean muscle,” she says. “I’m a roaring blaze of confidence and self-love. I have so much pride in what I’ve achieved both physically and mentally, compared the person I hated seeing in the mirror.”

Troy Sanders

Age: 43
Location: QLD, AU
Total Challenges Completed: 1

If you thought losing 47 kg in 16 weeks was impossible, think again! Troy was tired of living with pain brought on by morbid obesity from the moment he woke up till his head hit the pillow at night. Always conscious of his weight, he recalls an experience while shopping with his son almost a decade ago.

“A little boy said to his father ‘look how fat that boy’s dad is’,” he says. “My four-year-old son looked at me and said, ‘I love you Daddy’.”

In the first week of his Isagenix program, Troy was already shedding his ‘cranky dad’ persona and he felt the most energised that he’d been in years.

“I went from just showing my face at bootcamp to training with purpose and focus to improve each session,” Troy says. “I’m so overwhelmed with the love and support from every single person that commented on my progress within the IsaBody community. I really feel like I belong and that I’m worth celebrating.”

Nat Pouniu

Age: 31
Location: Feilding, NZ
Total Challenges Completed: 3

Just one year after the birth of their son, Nat’s loving husband Drew was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Trying to manage life with a little boy and visiting her husband in hospital every day made her run down, exhausted and depressed.

Nat also had some health troubles of her own. “I have Polycystic Ovaries and Hypothyroidism and recently found out I have Hashimoto’s Autoimmune disease,” she explains. The combination of these conditions meant she found it hard to lose weight.

Drew passed away nine months later and just 11 days after his passing, Nat found the courage to sign up for an IsaBody Challenge. “I knew my husband would be proud of me if I got back on the bandwagon,” she says. “I’m the only one here for my son, so I need to make sure my health is at its peak, and I knew an IsaBody Challenge would help me reach those goals – and maintain the results!”

Weight loss should not be considered typical. In a study performed in 2012 by University of Illinois at Chicago researchers, subjects lost an average of 4.1 kg with an average of 0.9 kg of the loss from visceral fat after 30 days on an Isagenix system. The subjects also had a greater level of adherence and had more consistent weight loss from week to week compared to subjects on a traditional diet.
