She currently works as a consultant sports dietitian for the Victorian Institute of Sport, Sports Dietitians Australia and a major Melbourne University.
She gives advice and guidance on nutrition for team and individual sports, hydration issues, increasing lean body mass, supplements for athletes, and weight/body fat management. She’s passionate about teaching sound nutrition principles within the personal training community and is a frequent food and nutrition presenter.
Dani is an active member and consultant to Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA) and is accredited with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Her resume is impressive having worked with St. Kilda AFL Football Club, Melbourne Victory Football Club, The Australian Ballet, Athletics Australia, National Theatre Ballet School, Swimming Australia, Melbourne Grammar School and many others.
In her spare time, Dani loves to put her knowledge into action and gets out to swim, ride and run as well as training in the gym. As for food, she is a bit of a foodie and puts effort into creating dishes that are as tasty as they are good for you; she believes that you should love everything that you eat, including Isagenix!
