Simply achieve and maintain your rank of Manager and above to cash in mid-December, just in time for the holidays.
Then start earning shares in the pool by enrolling 3 new Associates on Autoship with 100BV or more each quarter.
The second quarter ends May 25, visit your Back Office and view the left hand side of your home page to see how many shares you’ve earned.

Here is a second chance for you and your team members to earn Crystal bonuses when you rank advance!
Friday, July 11 is the last day for Associates, Consultants and Directors to achieve Crystal Executive status.
Reach ten active personally enrolled Consultants and you’ll earn a $1,000 bonus, Crystal Executive pin, certificate and recognition at our 2014 ‘Strength in Momentum’ Celebration!
