The event of the year is fast approaching and with a jam-packed agenda, tickets are selling like hot-cakes! With less than two months to go until the big event, we’d like to remind all attendees who have not yet assigned their tickets that the final date to assign your Celebration, Gala and After Party tickets is Friday 17 February.
Not sure how to transfer unassigned tickets? No worries! Below is an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
Step 1.
Log in to your Back Office
Step 2.
Select ‘View & Manage Events’ on the home page
Step 3.
On the ‘View and Manage Events’ page, you will be able to view the events you have purchased tickets for. Select the relevant event.
Step 4.
Once the relevant event is selected, you will be taken to a screen showing you how many tickets you have to assign. As demonstrated in the example below, one ticket has already been assigned to John Miller, with two tickets still to be assigned.
Step 5.
Select your unassigned ticket by clicking ‘Assign’. Once selected, you will be prompted to transfer the ticket to another Associate, a non-member or another person sharing the account you are logged in on.
Enter the relevant details and click ‘save’.
Step 6.
Once saved, you will automatically be taken back to the screen showing your purchased tickets for the event selected. Here you can view your newly assigned ticket.
If you have multiple tickets to assign similar to the above example, continue through the same process until all tickets are assigned.
Don’t forget! Ticket allocation cut off applies to ALL Celebration event tickets, including our exciting Gala and After Party events. In order to gain access to any parties, you must register and receive a wristband at registration. Without the required wristband, you will not be granted access to any parties.
Assigning your tickets will ensure you and your team are organised and ready to experience everything Celebration has to offer. You won’t want to waste precious time waiting in long registration lines when we’ve got so much going on in the World of Isagenix, General Session and our fabulous parties! Assign your tickets now to avoid the line and give yourself and your team ample opportunity to explore, learn and immerse in Isagenix culture.
Head to your Back Office TODAY and transfer your unassigned tickets before 17 February.
