Autoship orders
If you currently have Product B in your Autoship, the discount will apply to all orders up until 2:00pm AEST (Sydney time) on Friday 22 May, 2015. Autoship orders with Product B that process the following day will process at the regular price.
Remember, the discount on Product B will also reduce the BV earned in your order, so please review your Autoship order to ensure you h that a qualifying order of 100 BV or more will be placed to stay Active.
Visit your Back Office to review your Autoship order. Select the ‘Orders’ tab and ‘Manage Autoship’ to check that it meets the requirements of a qualifying order over 100 BV to stay Active.
Wholesale orders
For regular wholesale orders, you will see the discount apply at the checkout. If you are placing a wholesale order to stay Active (instead of an Autoship order), it is also important to review your wholesale order to ensure that a qualifying order of 100 BV or more will be placed.
You will be able to order Product B at the discounted price for all wholesale orders until the promotion ends at 8:00am AEST (Sydney time) on Saturday 23 May, 2015.
