Develop persistent personal growth
Who are you? Who do you want to be? What are you willing to do to change your life, help others and create a lasting legacy you can be proud of?

It’s often difficult to ask—and answer— questions like this on your own. Personal development events are a great way to jump-start your journey. Look for books like ‘The Four Agreements’ by Don Miguel Angel Ruiz, ‘The Power of Now’ by Eckhart Tolle, ‘Start with Why’ by Simon Sinek and anything else that inspires you.

Overcome the urge to quit
Human beings are hardwired with the urge to quit. If your business isn’t succeeding, you may be ready to succumb to the temptation to walk away. The pain of learning the network marketing profession is only temporary, but quitting is forever. How can you fight the urge to quit?

  • Alleviate confusion. Use the systems and tools that are provided and educate yourself!
  • Believe in yourself. It’s not enough to believe in the network marketing profession. You have to believe that YOU can succeed as a network marketer.
  • Hone your skills. People respond positively to certainty. Build your skills to build your confidence and you’ll attract the right people to your business.

Take consistent, persistent action
Whether it’s an hour a day or an hour a week, treat your business like a business. Set operating hours for yourself and use 80 per cent of that time for income-producing activities (prospecting, selling products, following up and enrolling) and 20 per cent for coaching and personal development.
