Emotions were high on Sunday at Summer Kick Off as previous Make-A-Wish® recipient, Rhiannon, took to the stage to share her lifelong health journey. Diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a type of cancer that forms in certain types of nerve tissue, at just 8 months old, Rhiannon spent much of her early childhood seeing the four walls of a hospital. Now 21 and after having her wish granted, Rhiannon's goal is to inspire others to stay strong and not lose hope.

This year, with the help of Customers, we raised almost US$300,000 in just one month for Make-A-Wish! This is enough to grant nearly 30 wishes for children who are suffering from critical illnesses
