Congratulations to Isagenix Co-Founder and Executive Vice President Kathy Coover! The March 2014 issue of Direct Selling News (DSN) magazine named her as one of the most influential women in the industry.
According to DSN magazine, “Direct Selling News selected this group of women based upon their executive leadership roles in companies that achieved inclusion in the DSN Global 100 list and the $100M Club. It comprises of women who help guide our industry through their leadership and vision. There are many women hard at work in far more companies than we’ve listed here. But by proudly honouring these women, Direct Selling News salutes every female leader—corporate or field—who strives for more, respects those who blazed the trail, and reaches out to those on the way up.”
Kathy is a passionate leader and advocate – not just for Isagenix – but for the network marketing industry. Before co-founding Isagenix in 2002, she was a top income earner at three different companies. Kathy understands that network marketing is a vehicle for financial freedom, especially for women. And she is constantly working to make Isagenix the best company in the industry – from our products to our compensation plan, our people to our culture. Her inclusion on this list affirms her success and reflects the positive impact she has had on countless lives.
Kathy sees this honour as a reflection on our Associates, saying, “It’s really an award for our Associates, for all the hard work they have done to build this company. There is so much to be thankful for at Isagenix right now. Our momentum is astounding!”
“I am so proud of my mom. She pours her heart and soul into changing peoples lives every day, and her capacity to serve is never ending. As impeccable as she is in the world of Direct Sales, she’s an even better mom. She wins my award for that,” shares Erik Coover, Senior Director of Field Development.
