Contribution is the driving force behind the START movement, and this dedication and commitment to changing lives was shown at yesterday’s Give Back Day, when 80 young men and woman joined arms to give back to the local Brisbane community.
Partnering with OzHarvest, Associates cooked for a cause, preparing meals for those in need. The atmosphere was electric and everyone came together as #oneteam.
So far OzHarvest has delivered over 45 million meals and our amazing 18-35 year-old Associates have now added to that phenomenal number!
“I’m so grateful for Erik Coover bringing people together to create an incredible atmosphere,” said 1 Star Silver Circle, Crystal Manager, Blake Harlock. “This culture allows us to get together and do something with a smile on our faces! With more time for ourselves, we are able to use this time to help the people that need it most.”
Blake, also awarded The Heart of Isagenix Award over the weekend at Celebration, feels there needs to be more awareness about the struggles people are going through and that it’s great to be involved in a company that focuses on making a change for the better.
Having just attended her fourth Celebration, 1 Star Silver Circle, Manager, Jodie Pixton, also shared how she was “filled with joy” to contribute and be a part of this fantastic community. “I’m so passionate about volunteering and today is just a great day to connect as we give back.”
