Katherine Yiannakis, 1 Star Silver Circle, Manager, loves to share her passion for fresh, healthy foods and her Banana Bread is sure to tickle everyone’s tastebuds!

Banana Bread

Makes 12 slices
Per serve: protein 8g, fat 2g, carbohydrates 13g
Energy: approx. 430kJ per slice


2 bananas, chopped
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup almond milk
½  cup coconut flour
½  cup mixed wholegrains (rolled oats/barley/rye)
½  cup walnuts
1 scoop IsaLean™ Shake Creamy French Vanilla
4 eggs
3 tbsp Natvia


  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tray with baking paper
  • Combine all ingredients except for the eggs in a large bowl and mix until smooth
  • Beat eggs and add to the mixture and stir until combined
  • Pour mixture into the loaf tray, sprinkle extra oats and walnuts on top if desired and bake for 50 minutes or until bread turns golden brown
  • Allow to cool before serving
