Throughout Sarah’s life, self-esteem issues were a constant battle which grew worse as a result of severe bullying during and after high school. After falling into a world of unhealthy habits, Sarah wanted to make a fresh start and after meeting her husband knew she had to turn her life around.
Although she had good intentions, Sarah soon turned to food as a vice and struggled with two high risk pregnancies due to her weight. After the birth of her children, Sarah was disappointed with herself, believing she wasn’t the best mother and wife she could be so Sarah took part in her first IsaBody Challenge® as a way to stay accountable and boost her confidence again.
The inspirational mother of two has now completed multiple IsaBody Challenges, released over 30kgs, truly exemplifying ‘start, complete, repeat’ motto that this movement is all about.
