The way in which 1 Star Silver Circle, Crystal Director, Blake H. approaches his goals and ambitions is a power that attains clarity, focus and understanding of his intentions. Blake’s journey began through lack of job satisfaction. “The day to day grind of being an electrician was proving difficult and one day I asked myself, would I ever work a day doing this for free? My answer was simple – no,” he says.
Inspired by the books and work of John Maxwell, Blake believes that there is no secret to achieving business success but instead focuses on five fundamental skills on a daily basis. “Lead, grow, create, excel and serve should be practiced every single day – these actions require discipline, commitment, patience and productivity,” Blake says. He believes that no matter what your goals are, it’s important to get attached to the process and not the outcome.

Since then, he has set out his goals with clear intentions and rank advanced to Director within the space of just two short weeks. “I use the 90-Day Game Plan to break everything down into numbers, small aims and weekly targets and before you know it, I’m achieving further beyond what I had planned!” he says.
The method of focusing on the process proves particularly special for Blake. While he’s overcoming every obstacle thrown his way, he’s also learnt that being fully immersed in what is happening in this very moment, has allowed him to see the greater potential and open his eyes to new discoveries.
“Before Celebration, I was too concerned about what I was doing. Now after spending some quality time with my team after the START Give Back Day, my thoughts, views and ideas have grown to a whole new level and I have suddenly learnt the power of helping others achieve their goals,” he says. Blake also received the Heart of Isagenix award at this year’s Celebration ‘Breakthrough’ which took his driving force from strength to strength. “I was so shocked to get the award, but going on stage and being involved in such an energetic atmosphere and culture just motivates me to do better each and every day.”
Moving forward, Blake plans to get stuck into organising more Wellness Wednesdays and is currently planning a weekly boot camp where a health-driven community can come together and get involved in some fun each Saturday.
