You can whip up this quick and easy snack in no time, perfect for a tasty weekend or mid-week treat!
Peanut Butter Cups
Per serve: protein 3.2g, fat 15.1g, carbohydrates 17.1g
Energy: approx. 900kJ per cup
½ cup macadamia nuts
1 cup walnuts
½ cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp IsaLean™ Shake Creamy Dutch Chocolate
1/8 cup Natvia for baking
1 cup walnuts
6 Medjool dates, pitted
1/8 cup water
2 ½ Tbsp organic peanut butter
- Line a muffin tray with 10 silicone patty pans. In a food processor, blend dry ingredients to a crumbly consistency.
- With the processor stopped, add Natvia and a little water and then pulse until a dough begins to form. If mix appears dry, add remaining water.
- Separate dough into 10 even balls, place into the bottom of each patty pan and press the dough flat with the back of a spoon.
- Add 1 tsp of peanut butter on top of each dough base. Freeze for 2-3 hours before eating.
- Store in freezer.
