Almond Bliss Balls

Makes 15 x 40g balls
Per serve: protein 4.2g, fat 8g, carbohydrates 7g
Energy: approx. 485kJ per ball

Ingredients

100g natural almond butter
1 cup almonds
1/3 cup cashews
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup Natvia™ for Baking
2 scoops IsaLean™ Shake Creamy Dutch Chocolate
15 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked
100mL cold water

Method

  • In a food processor, blend all ingredients (except the dates and water) until crumbly.
  • Add dates and 50mL cold water to the mixture and process again. The mixture should form a damp dough. Add more water if it appears too dry.
  • Remove dough from processor and wet hands before rolling mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Place balls in the freezer to set for a few hours.
  • When set, store in the refrigerator until consuming.
