IsaBody 720x720px Mandy NAssociate Mandy N. has always led a healthy, balanced lifestyle and has continued to be a keen runner since representing Australia in the long-distance triathlon 17 years ago. After returning from a two-week beach retreat in India late last year, she found she was more exhausted and struggling to enjoy her favourite past-time of running. Deep down, Mandy knew that something in her ‘healthy’ lifestyle wasn’t working.

Curiosity trumps skepticism

“Sarah Maxwell, a former international athlete, sparked my curiosity when she introduced me to Isagenix® to increase my energy and performance. I honestly thought Shakes were for overweight people,” says Mandy. “But when we had a three-way phone call with another ‘healthy eater’, my mind was quickly changed. It was time to overcome my skepticism and get out of my own way! I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

After her first 30-Day Nutritional Cleansing Program, Mandy had more energy and felt lighter. She completed her first IsaBody Challenge® in May this year, releasing 3kg and strengthening and toning her athletic figure.

Passion reignited

“I started to love my running again. I also wanted to prove that I could run faster and smarter than when I was in my thirties, even though I am now in my fifties,” says Mandy. “Who says we can’t get faster when we get older? With the right mindset and fuel, anything is possible!”

Mandy has gone on to beat several personal bests this year. As a former distance runner, with little fast sprinting ability, she has picked a new challenge of shorter, 5km runs. “Having a system and structure to follow for my eating regime has been profound,” shares Mandy. “I can eat simply and know I am fuelling my body optimally. I am passionate about the Isagenix products and sharing them with others.”
